The Annual Baseline Visit is your once-a-year physical and comprehensive visit with your Care Team. We will review your health history, update your health & wellness goals, complete your physical exam, vitals, Baseline labs and InBody scan.

The Just the Labs Follow-Up Visit is a 45-minute session to review and interpret your lab results and discuss our curated recommendations and next-steps. The Care Team will explain what each marker means for your health and wellness. Together, you’ll translate the data into a clear, personalized plan for nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle.
